Exam Management

Educational institutions conduct exams to measure the progress of students and to promote them to higher classes. Handling examination details accurately is a time consuming and complex task. Digi Campus software eases the task of examination processes and saves time, cost and manpower. The following are different sections of the exam management module.


Exam Types

An educational institute will conduct different types of exams to evaluate the performance of students. There are exams conducted by teachers, school, and universities. Details related to these categories are mentioned in this section. The following are the procedure for creating exam types.

Step 1 : Select submenu Exam Types from the Exam module.

Step 2 : Enter the exam type and a short description of that exam and click the Save button.

Step 3 : To update an exam type, select it from the table on the right. Edit the details and click the Update.


Exam Master

Educational institutes conduct certain important exams in a specific time period. From the Exam Master section of Digi Campus software, a user can enter details regarding different examinations. The following are the procedure for creating the exam master.

Step 1 : Select the submenu Exam Master from the Exam module.

Step 2 : Enter the name and short description of the exam and click the Save button.

Step 3 : To update an existing exam master, select the corresponding row from the table on the right. Edit the details and click the button Update.


Exam Mark Entry

With the Digi Campus software, the teachers themselves can enter marks of their subjects. By simply selecting the class name and subject, it will list all the students in that class with a separate column to enter marks. To insert marks without any inconvenience, the user must insert the exam details, and subject details first.

The following are the steps to enter marks of students :-

Step 1 : Select submenu Exam Mark Entry from the Exam module.

Step 2 : Select the class, division, exam type, exam name, subject, etc..from the dropdown menu.

Step 3 : The table below will list the students in that class and a column to enter marks of that selected subject.

Step 4 : Enter the mark and click the Save button.


Grade Master

The Grade Master section of Digi campus software is important for creating grading schemes. The software requires only the minimum and maximum percentages with the grade name.

The following are the procedure to enter grade details :-

Step 1 : Select submenu Grade Master from the Exam module.

Step 2 : Enter the grade name, description and minimum and maximum percentages and click the Save button.

Step 3 : To update/delete grade details, select it from the table on the right side and edit or delete the data.
