Category Report
For providing fee concessions, scholarships, etc.. educational institutes require category reports. Digi Campus made this report generation process simpler and faster. Users can generate class wise or institution wise category reports.
Following are the procedure for generating the category report :-
Step 1 : Go to School Reports and select Category Report
Step 2 : Select the category from the dropdown menu. This will generate the institution wise category report. For generating a class-wise report, select the class and division.
Step 3 : Export the generated report.
Fee Concession Report (Class Wise)
Most of the educational institutions provide fee concession for some students. The class-wise fee concession report of Digi Campus helps the user to generate class wise student report of fee concession.
The procedure for generating this report is listed below :-
Step 1 : Go to School Reports and select Fee Concession Report (Class Wise).
Step 2 : Select the class and division from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 : Export the generated report.
Fee Concession Report (All)
The Fee Concession Report (All) will generate the entire list of students to whom the institute provided fee concession.
The following are the steps for accessing this report :-
Step 1 : Go to School Reports and select Fee Concession Report (All).
Step 2 : The report will be generated automatically. Click the button Export.
Religion Wise Report
The religion wise report of Digi Campus software generates the list of students under a selected religion in the whole institute.
The following are the steps for accessing this report :-
Step 1 : Go to School Reports and select Religion Wise Report.
Step 2 : Select the religion from the dropdown menu on the top left.
Step 3 : Export the generated report.
Religion Class Wise Report
With Digi Campus software, a user can generate class wise student reports based on religion. Users can select religion, class name and division from the dropdown menu on top of the form.
The following are the procedure for creating religion class wise report :-
Step 1 : Go to School Reports and select the Religion Class Wise Report.
Step 2 : Select the religion, class name and division from the dropdown menu. The corresponding report will get generated.
Step 3 : Export the generated report.
Caste Wise Report (All)
The Caste wise report (All) will generate the list of students in the institute under a selected caste. Users can select the caste from the dropdown menu and can export the report generated.
The following are the steps to generate the Caste Wise report (All) :-
Step 1 : Go to School Reports and select Caste wise Report (All).
Step 1 : Select caste from the dropdown menu.
Step 1 : Export the generated report.
