Front Office

The front office module of Digi Campus manages the front office tasks of the institute. The staff at the reception/office will insert details to this section. This module simplifies the task of front office management by automating the works.


Visitor’s Enquiry

The visitor’s enquiry section of the Digi Campus eliminates the use of register books and will help to automate the task of visitors report generation. It stores basic details regarding the visitors with the reason for the visit. The following are the steps to enter details into the Visitor’s Enquiry Form.

Step 1 : Select the submenu Visitor’s Enquiry under the Front Office module.

Step 2 : Select the appropriate radio button(Student, Staff, Other) to choose the person who was visited by the visitor and click the Search button.

    Step 2.1 : If the user selects Student, then search for the student by specifying class and division. Then double click on the row containing that student.

    Step 2.2 : If the user selects Staff, then search for the staff by entering the name of the employee. Then double click on the corresponding row.

    Step 2.3 : Select the radio button ‘Others’, if the user visits the Institute for any other reasons.

Step 3 : Enter the visitor details on corresponding fields and Click on the Save button.

To update an existing visitor entry :-

Step 1 : Select submenu Visitor’s Enquiry.

Step 2 : Double click on the particular row from the table to the right(user can search by name).

Step 3 : Existing details will be displayed on the left of the form. Then edit those data and click the button Update.
