Wholesale
Both wholesale and POS Touch will generate sales bill. In POS, the user needs to enter the product code/product name or can use barcode scanning. Account Mitra will automatically generate voucher number and the user can select existing customers from the dropdown menu. The previous balance of the party will be displayed after selection. Also, the purchase history, sales history and item details of a selected item can be viewed.
The procedure for wholesale sales billing is listed below.
Step 1: Select the submenu Wholesale from the Inventory section.
Step 2: Select the party from the dropdown menu(Alt+C) on the top of the window. This will display the VAT Number and previous balance of that selected party. After that user needs to select the sales rate(Alt+R)
Step 3: Enter the product code/product name in the table(Table) or can scan the barcode. If you are not sure with the product code, then enter the product name. This will list out all products with that entered name.
Step 4: Enter the quantity in the corresponding field.
Step 5: Click the button Save for saving without printing and Save Print for printing the bill after saving.
The following are the steps to return a product.
Step 1: Enter the voucher number in the textbox on the top right.
Step 2: Click the button Search and it will list out all the sales vouchers with that voucher number.
Step 3: Double click the corresponding row and the details regarding that purchase will be displayed.
Step 4: Select the button Return on top of the sales screen.
The checkbox Stock validation on the top left of the table will alert the user if the selected product is running out of stock.
For deleting an item from sales bill(before saving), double click at the first column of the corresponding row.
For viewing the item details, sales history and purchase history of a particular product during billing. Select the row of that item and double click the buttons View Item Details, Sales History and Purchase History respectively.
Purchase
In Account Mitra, the list of purchased products for your company on a particular date is entered to the software from the Purchase window. The user can scan the barcode or can enter the item manually.
The steps for purchase billing are listed below.
Step 1 : Go to Inventory and select Purchase
Step 2 : Select the party from the dropdown menu and enter the invoice number.
Step 3 : Use barcode scanning or enter the items manually. Update quantity and rate.
Step 4 : For returning products, select the corresponding row and click the button Return at the bottom left of the window.
Step 5 : For deleting a row, double click on the first column of the row.
Step 6 : Select the godown from the dropdown menu at the bottom left of the window.
Step 7 : Select the print mode and click Save.
Step 7 : For creating a new purchase bill click New.
