Receipt Payment Report
The receipt payment report will list details regarding the payments and receipts of the company during a specific period. In default, both(receipt and payments) transactions of the current day will be displayed with voucher details. The user can select either receipt or payment by selection the radio button on the top. Ledger name wise search is also possible.
The steps for accessing the receipt payment report are listed below.
Step 1 : Go to Reports and select the Receipt Payment Report.
Step 2 : Select the date, type of transaction and/or the ledger name. Then click the button Search.
Step 3 : Click the button Export for exporting the report.
Debit Credit Report
The debit credit report in Account Mitra will list the debit and credit details of all contacts with opening and closing balance during the selected time period.
The steps for accessing the debit credit report are listed below.
Step 1 : Go to Reports and select the Debit Credit Report.
Step 2 : Select the time period and click the Refresh button.
Step 3 : Click the button Export for exporting the report.
Credit Period Exceeded Report
During contact registering, every contact is provided with separate credit periods. The credit period exceeded report will list all those contacts, that credit period is exceeded. This report will include sales details and credit due detail.
The steps for accessing the credit period exceeded report are listed below.
Step 1 : Go to Reports and select the Credit Period Exceeded Report.
Step 2 : Select the date and click the button Search.
Step 3 : Click the button Export for exporting the report.
Closing Stock Report
With the closing stock report, the user can check the current stock of a product group or an item. In default, Account Mitra will list the stock of all products with stock value and sale value.
The steps for accessing the closing stock report are listed below.
Step 1 : Go to Reports and select the Closing Stock Report.
Step 2 : Select the product group and/or the item name. Then, click the button Refresh.
Step 3 : Click the button Export for exporting the report.
Stock Summary Report
The stock summary report will list the current stock of all products with its purchase and sale quantity. The users can search for products having zero stock or negative stock by selecting the radio button. Searching the stock of a specific product group is also possible. In default, Account Mitra will list the stock of all products.
The steps for accessing the stock summary report is listed below.
Step 1 : Go to Reports and select the Stock Summary Report.
Step 2 : Select the product group and search criteria(all/negative stock/zero stock). Then, click the button Search.
Step 3 : Click the button Export for exporting the report.
